What to Know Before Your Experience:

1. Deposit & Reservation

   A $10 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable unless special circumstances apply. Please arrive on time, as we may need to cancel your session if you are more than 30 minutes late. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Dress & Accessories

   Aprons will be provided, but we recommend wearing loose, easy-to-clean clothing. Wearing rings, bracelets, or long nails might make crafting a bit more difficult.

3. Children & Pets

   Kids are welcome to join our workshops, and we’re cat- & dog-friendly! Just let us know in advance so we can get the space ready for everyone. Children under 10 may find it challenging to complete the full session. We’re happy to assist, but a guardian must accompany them at all times.

4. Silver Materials

   Jewelry workshops and One-Day Pass prices include a basic amount of silver material. Additional charges will apply if you wish to make extra pieces or remake your work.

5. Torch Use

   Some sessions involve the use of a torch. If you feel uncomfortable operating it, our staff will be happy to assist you.

6. Ceramic Firing Process

   Ceramic firing takes approximately 2–4 weeks. Minor cracks may occur naturally during firing and do not affect usability or aesthetics. If an explosion or a complete crack occurs, you may choose either a 50% refund or a free re-experience of the same session.

7. Pick-Up & Shipping

   We’ll notify you once your pieces are ready. You may pick them up in person or request shipping (shipping fees not included). Due to limited storage, finished works will be held for 3 months after firing; unclaimed pieces may be discarded thereafter.

8. Time & Quantity for Ceramics

   Ceramic sessions are time-based, not piece-based. You may create multiple pieces within the session time at no additional cost, and all will be fired for you. But if you exceed the time limit by more than 15 minutes, you may be charged an additional fee.
